Women 1.1 mg / day
Pregnant 1.5 mg / day
Breastfeeding 1.6 mg / day
Children approximately 0.65 mg / day
Recommended daily dose 10 drops
Recommended daily dose for children 5 drops
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
